View Family History

In your health record, the Family History page displays social health history documented by your provider or care team.

To view family history:
  1. From the Ask Oracle menuAsk Oracle, select Family History. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Family History from the My Health menu.
  2. Optionally, select a section to view details.

To make any changes, meet with your provider to discuss your family history.
