Get Ready for Your Visit Using Patient Portal
The get-ready process allows you to complete required tasks and enter any required personal details needed by the clinic before your visit. Completing these details saves you time during arrival (check-in) later.
Note:
The get ready process might be called pre-visit registration, clipboards, patient intake, pre-check, preregistration, previsits, pre-visit tasks, self-registration, questionnaires, or a similar name, depending on your healthcare organization and settings. Visits might be called appointments or encounters.Depending on your organization and account settings, you might receive an email or text message notification to remind you when it is time to get ready for a visit.
Note:
This process is available only during the time period set by your organization, such as 3 days before the scheduled visit until 30 minutes before the visit starts, at which time the arrival (check-in) period starts. For example, if the visit is scheduled for 12:30 p.m., you can get ready until 12:00 p.m. After 12:00 p.m., you will need to complete the arrival (check-in) process to complete any missing details.To get ready for your visit:
