Get Ready and Arrival

The Patient Portal get-ready and arrival processes allow you to confirm your details and prepare for your appointment. The time frames, steps required, button names, and page headings are all dependent on your healthcare organization and settings.

Note:

Information is displayed for the currently selected profile only. If you manage profiles for others, select the Switch Profile menu (your name) at the top of the page to switch another profile. See Switch Profile Menu for more information.

• Get Ready (Complete Pre-Visit Tasks) Before a Visit
  The get ready process allows you to complete required tasks before you join or arrive to your visit and enter any required personal details needed by the clinic. Completing these details saves you time during arrival (check-in) later.
• Arrive (Check In) to a Visit
  The arrival (check-in) process allows you to complete any remaining forms and lets your care team know that you have arrived.
