View Visit Details in Patient Portal

You can view details about a visit, including any related documents, by selecting it.

Visit details may include:

  • Time and date
  • Type of appointment
  • Provider name and details
  • Location details
  • Visit preparations and instructions (for upcoming appointments, if available)
  • Visit summary (for past visits, when available)
  • Clinical notes (for past visits, if available)
  • Reschedule (for upcoming visits, if available)
  • Cancel (for upcoming visits, if available)
  • Register (for upcoming visits, if available)
  • Add to Favorites
  • Add to Calendar

Note:

Visit summaries and clinical notes might be unavailable until a few days after your visit. Contact your provider's office or care team if you have any questions. When available, these documents are also displayed in the Documents section of your health profile.
To view a visit's details:
  1. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Visits. By default, the Upcoming tab is displayed with a list of your upcoming visits.
  3. Optionally, select the Past tab to view your list of completed visits.
  4. Select any visit to display its details.
  5. Scroll down to see additional actions or to view related documents.

Visit details may allow you to complete the following additional actions:

  • Select Add to Calendar to download a calendar file to add to the personal calendar on your device. See Add to Calendar in Patient Portal for more information.
  • Select Add to Favorites to add this visit type to your list of favorites. See Manage and Schedule Favorite Visits in Patient Portal for more information.
  • Select Cancel to cancel an upcoming visit. See Cancel a Visit in Patient Portal for more information.

    Note:

    If you do not see options to cancel or reschedule a visit, you will need to contact the office. Additionally, you may be unable to reschedule or cancel a visit if you are outside of the permitted time window for performing this action.
  • Select Get Ready (or similarly named button) to complete the required questionnaires and personal details before your visit. See Get Ready for Your Visit Using Patient Portal for more information.
