Add to Calendar in Patient Portal

You can add any upcoming, non-canceled visit to the personal calendar on your device.

To add visits to your personal calendar:

  1. View the visit details for an upcoming, non-canceled visit that you want to add to your calendar.
  2. Select Add to CalendarAdd to Calendar. This button is typically displayed in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Full details: Include all visit details, including the type of visit and provider name
    • Time only: Download only the visit time without additional details. The name of the appointment will be displayed as Health Appointment. This option is intended to minimize the personal details displayed in your personal calendars.
    The system downloads a calendar file. The file format of the calendar file depends on the version of Patient Portal you are using::
    • Patient Portal web application: An .ics calendar file is.
    • Mobile app (Apple iOS or Google Android): A file for the native calendar on your device.
  4. If necessary, find the file and open it on your device. (This location will vary by device type.)
