Schedule a Return Visit With an Existing Provider
Once you have seen a provider, you can schedule a return visit with that provider. This feature is useful when scheduling follow-up appointments.
To schedule a return visit with a provider you have already seen:
- From the Ask Oracle menu
, select Schedule New Visit. (Alternatively, select Visits, and on the Visits page select Schedule Appointment.)
- Under Schedule from Care Team, select the name of a provider.
- From the Type of Appointment list, select an appointment type.
- In the Appointment Reason box, enter a reason for the appointment.
- Select Yes or No to indicate whether you plan to use insurance for this appointment.
- Select Continue or Search, depending on the type of appointment.
- Select an appointment time slot from the available options.
- Select Schedule New Appointment. An appointment confirmation page is displayed with the details of the appointment.
- Optionally, select Add to Calendar (if available) to download a calendar file. (See your calendar software for information about how to add these files to your calendar. This process might involve opening it from your calendar tool and saving it.)
