Book Again a Completed Visit
The book again feature allows you to schedule a new occurrence of a completed appointment. This option saves you time by filling in many of the appointment details for you.
To book a completed (not canceled) appointment again:
- From the Ask Oracle menu
, select Visits.
- Scroll down through your previous appointments. Alternatively, search for appointment by appointment type or provider name.
- Select the appointment you want to book again.
- Select Book Again.
- In the Appointment Reason box, enter a reason for the appointment,
- Select Continue or Search, depending on the type of appointment.
- Optionally, update the appointment date or location as needed.
- Select an appointment time slot from the available options.
- Select Schedule Appointment to schedule the appointment. An appointment confirmation page is displayed with the details of the appointment.
- Optionally, select Add to Calendar to download a calendar file. (See your calendar software for information about how to add these files to your calendar. This process might involve opening it from your calendar tool and saving it.)
