Ask Oracle in Patient Portal

The Ask Oracle bar in Patient Portal allows you to enter questions about the currently displayed health profile. You can use this feature to find relevant pages or items, such as medications, health conditions, immunizations, and more.

Ask Oracle is displayed at the bottom of each page in Patient Portal. You can use natural language to speak or type questions in the Ask Oracle search box. Ask Oracle responds with a list of suggestions.

Note:

The suggestions provided by Ask Oracle are applicable to the currently selected profile only. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.

Suggestions vary depending on the search type. See the sections in this guide for general information about how to complete tasks.
