Manage and Schedule Favorite Visits in Patient Portal
You can set visit types as favorites so that you can quickly schedule that visit type again.
Favorite appointments are a combination of the appointment type, provider, and location.
You can manage your favorite appointments by selecting or clearing the Add to Favorites star icon
when viewing applicable visit details:
- To add a visit type as a favorite, select a visit to view its details, and then select Add to Favorites
to mark that visit type as a favorite.
- To remove an visit as a favorite, select the visit type to view it, and then select Remove from Favorites
. Alternatively, on the Schedule New Appointment page, select Unfavorite next to the visit type.
To schedule a favorite visit type, complete the steps below.

Depending on the visit type and provider, this workflow might vary.- If you are unable to self-schedule visits, you might be able to request a visit by sending a message to your care team.
- If you use Ask Oracle, your workflow may vary from the steps below.
- Call the provider's office if you are unable to schedule online.
