View Procedures and Surgeries in Patient Portal

In your health record, the Procedures page displays current and past procedures documented by your provider or care team.

  1. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Procedures.
    Alternatively, search for it by name in the Ask Oracle search box.
  3. From the Health Profile drop-down list, select Procedures. Alternatively, search for its name in the Ask Oracle search box. The list of procedures is displayed.
  4. Optionally, select Sort By Sort to sort the list by name or date.
