View Allergies

In your health record, the Allergies page displays current and past allergies documented by your provider or care team.

The allergies listed include additional details if available, such as name, type of reaction, and the date of onset.

To view allergies:

1. From the Ask Oracle menu, select Allergies. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Allergies from the My Health menu.
2. Optionally, search the list of allergies by name. A list of relevant search results is displayed.

To make any changes, meet with your provider to discuss your allergies.
