View Test Results in Patient Portal

In your health record, the Test Results page displays test results documented by your provider or care team, for example, blood tests and cholesterol levels.

Note:

Test results, flowsheets, and vital signs functionality are not intended to support time-critical decision-making, provide treatment, or make diagnostic recommendations. Contact your provider with any questions.

To view test results:

  1. If you manage multiple connected health profiles, optionally switch to a different health profile.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Test Results.
Alternatively, search for it by name in the Ask Oracle search box. For example, "View recent lab results."
  3. Select a test result to see its details:
Depending on the type of result, you may see the following types of information:
    • Test result name
    • Resulted date
    • Test result values
    • Reference range if available
    • Badge indicating where the value ranges compared to the reference range. Example include:
      • Critically Low
      • Low
      • Normal
      • High
      • Critically High
    • Previous results of that same type
    • Line graph depicting the values to visualize the trend over time and the reference range (as available)
    • List of historical values over time (as available)

Note:

The test results available to you are determined by your provider. Some or all documents can be delayed or unavailable to you.
Ask your provider if you need more information about a test result.
