View Vital Signs

In your health record, the Vital Signs page displays the vital signs and body measurements documented by your provider or care team. Vital signs can include information such as height, weight, blood pressure, and pulse. 

To view vital signs:
  1. From the Ask Oracle menuAsk Oracle, select Vital Signs. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Vital Signs from the My Health menu.
  2. Optionally, search the list of vital signs by name or date. A list of relevant search results is displayed.
  3. Select a vital sign to see its details, including any of the following information (as available):
    • Vital sign name
    • Dates collected
    • Measurement values
    • Reference range
    • Badge indicating where the value ranges compared to the reference range. Examples include:
      • Critically Low
      • Low
      • Normal
      • High
      • Critically High
    • Previous results of that same type
    • A line graph depicting the values to visualize the trend over time and the reference range (as available). To change the time frame of the graph, use the list to select all, the last day, week, month, year, or five years.  
    • A table to trend vital signs over time is also available.
    • Optionally, for height, weight, and temperature a list is available to change the unit of measure from imperial to metric units.
