View Documents

In your health record, the Documents page displays clinical notes documented by your provider or care team.

The documents listed include additional details if available, such as document title, author, and date. By default, the list of documents displayed are for the last six months. 

Note:

  • Documents are not displayed if they are older than the maximum document age set by your organization.
  • Only documents your provider has marked as Final are available to you in Patient Portal.
To view a document:
  1. From the Ask Oracle menuAsk Oracle, select Documents. Alternatively, access the My Health dashboard, and then select Documents from the My Health menu.
  2. Optionally, search the list of documents by title. A list of relevant search results is displayed.
  3. Select a document to open it.
  4. Optionally, select Export to export the file. 

Note:

The documents available to you are determined by your provider. Some or all documents can be delayed or unavailable to you. See Get Ready (Complete Pre-Visit Tasks) Before a Visit for more information.
Ask your provider if you need more information about a document.
