Get Help and Support in Patient Portal

Help and support resources are available to you any time.

Note:

Call 911 if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Do not use support resources for urgent matters.

Resource information is available before and after you sign in:

  • Before you sign in, use the contact information provided on the sign-in page. (If no information is provided, call your provider's office using the contact information available online.)
  • After you sign in, you can access support information from the User menu using the steps below.

To access help and support information after you sign in:

  1. From the navigation menu, select Settings. The Settings menu is displayed.
  2. From the Settings menu, select Help.
  3. Contact information and support resources are displayed. Select any links to open that resource.

    Note:

    Resources may be displayed in a new browser tab. Open the previous tab to return to Patient Portal. See your browser's Help for more information.
