User Menu

The User menu allows you to manage your account and settings.

To access the menu: Select Ask Oracle to display the Ask Oracle site map and page search. Select your avatar (or initials) at the top of the page to display the User menu.

You can use this menu for:

• Settings: View and update your account settings, including:
  • Display Language: Change the language displayed on patient portal pages.
  • Password: Change your password.
  • Delete Account: Request deletion of your account.
• Help: View your organization's contact information and a link to this user's guide.
• Terms of Use: Review your organization's Terms of Use.
• Privacy Policy: Review your organization's privacy policy.
• Sign Out: End your current patient portal session.
