View Diary Notes

You can view individual diary notes in your patient diary. 

To view your patient diary:

1. From the Ask Oracle menu , select Patient Diary (or similarly named item).
2. Find the patient diary note you want to edit by scrolling or searching for its keywords.
   • Tile
   • Note text
   • Last Updated date
   • Tags (if present)
   • Note Needs Review symbol (if marked for review)
3. Optionally, select Edit next to the diary note if you want to make any changes. See Edit Diary Notes for more information.
