Chart Immunizations as Not Given

You can chart an immunization as Not Given from the Immunizations page in Oracle Health EHR.

Tip:

This functionality is available to a limited number of customers but may be generally available at a later date. If you want to use this functionality, contact your Oracle representative.

To chart an immunization as Not Given:

1. From the Immunizations page, select Add (+), then select Chart Not Given.
2. Select an immunization and enter a reason.
3. Select Submit.
