14 Immunizations

The Immunizations functionality is available in Oracle Health EHR.

Note:

This functionality is not intended to provide treatment or diagnostic recommendations.

The Immunizations functionality allows clinicians to complete the following actions:

• View existing immunization history and immunization recommendations.
• Manually add historical immunizations.
• Modify or remove immunizations.
• Open links to VIS documents and other relevant CDC information.

Tasks:

• View an Immunization
  You can view patient immunization information in Oracle Health EHR.
• View Immunizations Forecast
  You can view patient immunization recommendations in Oracle Health EHR.
• Add a Historical Immunization
  You can add a historical immunization in Oracle Health EHR.
• Modify an Immunization
  You can modify an immunization in Oracle Health EHR.
• Remove an Immunization
  You can remove an immunization in Oracle Health EHR.
• Chart Immunizations as Not Given
  You can chart an immunization as Not Given from the Immunizations page in Oracle Health EHR.
• Document Consent to Share
  You can document consent to share immunization information in Oracle Health EHR.
• Manage Outside Immunization Records
  You can manage immunization records from external sources in Oracle Health EHR.
• Print Immunization Record
  Immunization records in Oracle Health EHR can be printed.
