Document Consent to Share

You can document consent to share immunization information in Oracle Health EHR.

Tip:

This functionality is available to a limited number of customers but may be generally available at a later date. If you want to use this functionality, contact your Oracle representative.

A Consent Needed button on the Immunizations page indicates that an Immunization Consent form needs to be completed.

To document consent to share immunization information:

1. Select Consent Needed.
2. Complete all required fields.
3. Select Save.
