Confiscated Item

The Confiscated Item page enables Security Officers to manage items checked-in by guests, visitors, or crew during embarkation. For profiles with items configured as Allow Temporary Return, the system will prompt Return temporary confiscated item when the profile is going ashore, and Collect confiscated items when the profile is coming onboard.

When the guest goes ashore or onboard, the system shows a list of returnable items. Security Officers can select items to collect or return by checking the corresponding checkboxes.

If no items are selected and the Next button is clicked, the items will remain uncollected or unreturned, and the profile will proceed with the gangway movement. However, if the Cancel button is clicked, the profile movement will be cancelled.
