Tab: Stats

A summary of people movements analytic:

• Onboard: Number of onboard profiles.
• Ashore: Number of ashore profiles
• Disembarking: Number of onboard profiles with the “leaving today” status.
• Disembarked: Number of profiles checked out today.
• Expected: Number of profiles expected today.
• Overnight Tour: Number of ashore profiles with an overland tour and with statuses “checked-in” or “leaving today.”
• Profile Total: Total number of profiles by type (e.g., Guest, Crew, Visitor, Resident).
• Total: Total number of profiles by status (e.g., On-board, Ashore, Disembarking, Disembarked, Expected, Overnight Tour).

  Note:

  The total count presented vary depending on below parameters:

  • General - Use Resident - If this parameter value is '1', the "Resident” column will be show.
  • General – Show pax as crew count - If this parameter value is ‘1’ and the profile record has 'switch to crew in manifest' enabled from OHC Management, Cashier, Guests, Guest Information, the system will count the record as crew +1 and guest and resident-1.
  • General – Show crew as pax count - If this parameter value is ‘1’ and the profile record has 'switch to passenger in manifest' enabled form OHC Crew, Crew Member, Crew information, the system will count the record as crew -1 and guest and resident+1.
  • General – Require visitor to check-in - If this parameter value is ‘1’ and visitor profiles must be checked in to be counted.

Viewing the Corresponding Results List

1. Select a linked value in the People Movement analytics summary.
2. The corresponding results list opens in a new page.
3. Search within the results using the search box, or filter by clicking on the tabs - All, Adult (Adult and Young Adult), or Minors.
4. Click Stats to close the results page and return to the People Movement analytics summary.

   Note:

   • Profile Total count is not clickable.
   • If the count is 0 or - , they are not clickable.
   • Profile Total count is sum of Onboard and Ashore counts.
