Search to look up passenger information manually.

Manual Profile Search
  1. Select the Profile Type and enter either the Search by First Name, Last Name, Stateroom, Manning Number, Passport Number, Board Card Number, External Board Card Number, Booking Number or Contactless ID in the search bar, then select the Search button.
  2. All the matching records are shown in the results view.
  3. Select a record from below:
    1. Select a photo from a selected record: an enlarge photo is showed.
    2. Select a full name from a selected record: the profile’s information is showed. (See More Details for more information).
    3. Select an onboard status from a selected record: a people movement process either going ashore or coming onboard is triggered for the selected record. Once the process completes, whether it is a success or not, a card view is showed in Gangway/Stats tab (See Card View for more information).
      1. The system shows a confirmation message Are you sure you want to change <full name> to <onboard status>.
        1. Select Change to continue the people movement process. (See People Movement Process: Validations for more information).
        2. Select Cancel to end the people movement process, and the system navigates back to the search screen.
  4. In the search result listing, you can see the Messages button if you are granted Gateway Security, Message Handling, View access. If you click the Messages button, it redirects you to the Messages drawer that opens from the right. (See Messages Handling for more information).
  5. In the search result listing, you can see Disabled cards button if you are granted Gateway Security, Gangway and Tender , Disable Profile Cards access. If you click the Disabled cards button, it redirects you to the Disabled cards pop-up message (See Disable Cards for more information).
