Generating Batch Registration Cards
As well as generating registration cards "on-demand" for arrivals, you can also generate registration cards, in advance, in a batch process. For example, this is useful for group arrivals where key packets containing a registration card are prepared in advance.
Note:
A limit of 1000 registration cards can be generated in a batch. When the Print Registration Cards for Accompanying Guests OPERA Control is active you can generate a registration card for accompanying profiles linked to the reservation; the Age Threshold to Print Registration Card OPERA Control determines the minimum age for a registration card to be generated.
Note:
As only one registration card is selected , language-specific stationery is not generated using this batch process when the Mult-language OPERA Control is active.Generating Registration Cards
