Report Groups

Standard report groups and their reports are setup on provisioning of OPERA Cloud. You can configure additional report groups and then setup reports to suit your needs. For example, you could configure a 'Club Floor' report group and configure various reports preset with the club floor room class filter.

OPERA Cloud automatically creates a report group user task for each report group created; these tasks must then be assigned to roles to enable user access to the reports in the report group.

Report groups marked Internal are used for managing stationery templates such as contracts, statements, confirmation letters, folios and receipts. These report groups do not display in the report group list in Manage Reports and do not need a report group task to be assigned to roles. Your role must be granted the View Internal Reports / Report Groups task to access these report groups however. For more information, see Stationery Report Groups
