From the Client Relations menu, use Manage Profiles to create and manage the details for Guest, Contacts Company, Agents and Sources; including addresses, notes, negotiated rates, attachments, and so on. Use Activities to manage sales activities: to-do's and appointments for Companies, Agents, Contacts or Blocks (Available with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Sales and Event Management Standard Edition or Hospitality OPERA Cloud Service, Sales and Event Management Premium Edition).
