Viewing Profile Future and Past Stays

Future and Past Stays displays a list of the reservations linked to the profile. In multi-property operations you can view reservations at the various properties associated to your current hub location(s).

The reservation details include the following:

• Property Code

• Confirmation number

• Arrival Date, Nights, Departure Date

• Room, Room Type, Rate Code and Amount

• Reservation Status

• Profiles linked to the reservation

• Primary  check box indicates if the profile is the primary link for the reservation (checked) or the profile is linked as an accompanying guest (unchecked) . (Available when the Accompanying Guest OPERA Control active).

Future Reservation includes reservations with status of Prospect (non-deduct), Reserved (deduct), Cancelled, Waitlist, where Arrival >= Business Date.

Past Reservations includes reservation with status of Checked In, Checked Out, No Show or (Departure < Business Date and Status = Cancelled).

Note:

The Future & Past Stays details link count displays a maximum of (26). The Future & Past Stays panel displays a maximum of 50 reservations.

Viewing Future & Past Stays

From a property location you see only view the reservations in that property.

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles and then Manage Profile.

2. Enter search criteria, click Search.

3. Select the profile in the search result, click I Want to. . ., Future & Past Stays or click the Future & Past Stays link in Profile Presentation.

   1. The panel displays list of Future Reservations and Past Reservations.

   2. Click [+] to expand a reservation and view linked profiles.

   3. Click Confirmation to open Reservation Presentation for the selected reservation. See Editing a Reservation.

   4. Click Rate to view the rate code information.

   5. Click Room Type to view the room type information.
