Creating a Guest or Contact Profile

Maintaining accurate guest details is vital in providing exceptional guest service. Guest profiles are typically shared across properties in multi-property operations, ensuring guest preferences, notes, loyalty membership and other details are available to users in all your properties.

Contact profiles are a variation of guest profiles and are available when the Contacts OPERA Control is active. Contacts are typically linked to Sales Accounts.
