Configuring Setup Styles

Use the Setup Styles screen to configure the setup styles for function spaces at the property. Setup styles might include seating arrangements, furniture and equipment placements, and so on.

Setup Styles are assigned to the function space from the Function Space Setup screen. For more information, see: Configuring Function Spaces.

Adding Setup Styles

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Function Space Management, and then select Setup Styles.

  2. Click New and complete the following fields:
    1. Code: Enter a code for the Setup Style Rental Code, such as CLS.

    2. Description: Enter a description of the Setup Style, such as Classroom Style.

    3. Bookable through website: Select this check box if this setup style should be available for selection when an event is booked through website.
      1. Setup Time in Minutes: Enter the number of minutes that should be booked for setup when this Setup Style is selected for an event booked through website.

      2. Tear Down Time in Minutes: Enter the number of minutes that should be booked for tear down when this Setup Style is selected for an event booked through website.

    4. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

  3. Click Save.

Editing Setup Styles

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Function Space Management, and then select Setup Styles.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. In the search results, select the Setup Style, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

  4. Make the required change.

  5. Click Save.

Deleting Setup Styles

  1. From the Administration menu, select Inventory, select Function Space Management, and then select Setup Styles.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. In the search results, select the Setup Style, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  4. Click Delete to confirm.
