Prerequisites for Function Space Management

Use Function Space Management to configure the spaces available for assignment to events. Events are categorized by event type such as weddings, conferences, banquets, and so on. There is no restriction on the number of function rooms you can configure; use function space locations and function space types to categories each function space for filtering on the Function Diary. You can also configure setup styles for your function spaces and specify the type of rates charged for a function space.
