Synchronizing Room Pools

Use the Synchronize Room Pools utility to update the block inventory (room allocation) for Opportunities (Available when the Opportunities OPERA Control is active), Blocks (Available when the Business Block OPERA Control is active), Master and sub blocks (Available when the Master Sub Blocks OPERA Control is active), and Master and sub allocations (Available when the Master Sub Allocations OPERA Control is active), based on the current room type to room pool mapping.

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Synchronization then select Room Pools.

   1. Property. Select or confirm property

2.  Click Synchronize Room Pools.
