Simple Events
Prerequisites for Simple Events
The Simple Events feature enables you to create and manage basic catering events on blocks. You can schedule an event for a specific date, time period, and number of attendees, assign an Event space and specify the Event Type and Setup Style. For more information, see Managing Simple Events. You can also add event notes to track various resource requirements for the event. For more information, see Managing Simple Event Notes. These events then appear on the Function Diary.
The contract merge template Contract Merge Report (Based on Sample_Cont_Merge.RTF with Rep_Cont_Merge.FMX) can be customized to generate a pseudo Banquet Event Order for the events.
