9 Reports

The report module provides access to standard reports that are categorized into report groups. Reports that support multiple properties are indicated in the search results, and you can generate these reports for multiple properties from a Hub location. Reports can be previewed, printed, emailed or downloaded in a variety of file formats.

You can setup Shift Reports to generate multiple reports in a batch process. For more information, see Managing Shift Reports

When the Report Scheduler OPERA Control is active, reports (including shift reports) can be scheduled to auto-generate periodically. For more information, see Managing Scheduled Reports

When the Enable Watermark for Reports OPERA Control is active, you can setup a watermark to generate for all report groups (globally), for reports in specific report groups or for specific reports only. For more information, see Managing Report Watermarks.

Note:

Standard reports do not support localization, nor do they output custom flex fields added with Page Composer. Reporting and Analytics is available for custom reporting. For more information, see OPERA Reporting and Analytics

The reports module is also used to manage the various stationery templates setup for each stationery report group. For more information, see About Stationery Editor
