Viewing Profile History Stay and Revenue Statistics

Use Stay Statistics to view a summary of a guest's reservation, stay and revenue statistics. The statistics detail revenue from reservations as well as revenue from all other sources such as passer-by and revenue posted in accounts receivable accounts after the business date is closed.  

When the Stay Records OPERA Control is active you can view Stay Records, which are yearly statistics of guest stays, summarized by Revenue Groups . Stay Records are created by the Process Guest Stay Data End Of Day procedure and are visible from the property and Hub locations Hub locations. Stay Records are the basis for the creation of Membership Transactions, used to calculate member Award and Tier points.

Viewing Stay and Revenue Statistics and Stay Records

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, and then select Manage Profiles.

  2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

  3. Select the profile in the search result, then click I Want To . . . and select Stay Statistics.

    1. Select the Reservation Statistics tab to view the guest’s stay details such as number of nights, arrivals, cancels, no shows, and day use. The statistics also show the revenue generated from the reservations.

    2. Select the Revenue Statistics tab to view revenue generated by the profile. (Available when the Profile Revenue Statistics OPERA Control is active). For more information, see Revenue Buckets Overview.

    3. Select the Stay Records tab to view yearly statistics of guest stays, summarized by Revenue Groups . (Available when the Stay Records OPERA Control is active).

      1. Enter the search criteria, then click Search.

      2. Click + to expand the data to show details by property and year including Nights, Cancels, No Shows, Total Booked, Total Stays, Revenue.

      3. Select View Details to display the list of Stay Records for the property and year.
