Creating (Encoding) Room Keys for Block Reservations

Once rooms are assigned to reservations you can encode room keys in advance of the arrival.

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Booking, select Blocks, then select Manage Blocks.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. Select a block from the search results and then click I Want To . . . and select (Create) Room Keys.
