Viewing Player Statistics

Player Statistics are available when OPERA Cloud is integrated with a Patron Tracking System (PTS). The Player Statistics screen can be accessed from the Guest's Profile, the Guest's Reservation, Arrivals, Billing, or from the Viewing Player’s Snapshots.

The Player Statistics screen provides an up-to-the-minute display of gaming information for a guest with a player ID. Guests have a player ID if their profiles are associated with the membership program specified by the PTS Membership Type OPERA Control. The data fetched from the Player Tracking System appears as view-only. You can select up to 30 data items for display.

The data available varies according to the Player Tracking System integrated with OPERA Cloud.

To view the Player Statistics for a guest:

  1. Navigate to Manage Reservation, Manage Profile , Arrivals or Billing :
    1. Manage Reservation screen: Select Bookings, select Reservations, and select Manage Reservation. For more information, see Editing a Reservation
    2. Manage Profile screen: Select Client Relations, select Profiles, and select Manage Profile. For more information, see Managing a Guest or Contact Profile
    3. Check In: Select Front Desk, select Arrivals. Search for a reservation. For more information, see Checking in Reservations
    4. Billing: Select Front Desk, then select Inhouse. For more information, see Manage Billing
  2. Select I Want To . . . and then select Player Statistics.
