Configuring Block and Event Status Flow

The status flow defines the one-way progression for block and event statuses. Multiple Next Available Status Codes can be selected. For example - from TENT (Tentative) status blocks/events may progress to DEF (Definite), CXL (Cancelled) or LST (Lost).

Note:

Only status codes with a higher sequence value than the current status code can be selected as a next status. You cannot have a status that is configured with Allow Pickup check box selected to move to a status which is not configured for Allow Pickup.

Editing Block and Event Status Flow

1. From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Status and then select Status Code Flow.

2. Enter search criteria then click Search.

3. Select a status code, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit.

   1. Select one or more statuses from the Next Available Status Codes panel and click > to move selected values to the Selected Status Codes panel.

      Note:

      Only status codes with a higher sequence value than the current status code can be selected as a next status.

4. Click Save.
