Cancelling Reservations
Note:
If shares exist, you are prompted to select reservations to cancel. (Available when the Shares OPERA Control is active).-
From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Reservation Sales Screen.

Click Find Reservation .

Enter search criteria using the filter chips displayed.

Select the reservation in the search result, then click Cancel Reservation.

Reason: Select a cancel reason from the list, then click Cancel Reservation.
