Reinstating Cancelled Reservations

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Reservation Sales Screen.

Click Find Reservation .

Enter search criteria using the filter chips displayed.

Select the reservation in the search result, then click Reinstate Reservation.

The Availability screen is presented if there is no availability for the reservation’s original room type and rate selection; select a new room type and rate combination.

Click Reinstate Reservation.
