Prerequisites for PWA - In-House

The In House menu enables you to manage your in-house reservations, pseudo room type reservations (for example, group masters), and any house account reservations.

You can filter reservations using the Search by name or confirmation field and by using any of the following information:

• Guest last name or guest first name (only full name searches)

• Reservation company or source or travel agent name

• Confirmation number

Or you can use the Advanced Filter option to find reservations by combining any of the following search criteria:

• Guest First Name and Guest Last Name (partial name searches possible)

• Membership Number

• Confirmation Number

• Company name

• Travel Agent name

• Source name

• Room Type

• VIP Code

• Block Code

To view more information, tap or click on a reservation and the reservation detail screen opens.

The reservation detail screen includes information such as:

• Basic Profile information, such as Guest Name, Guest Alternate Name, Primary Phone Number and Email Address, Membership Information.
• Basic Stay Details, including Rate Code, Rate Amount per night, Total Cost of Stay, Balance.
• Packages allocated to the reservation

  Note:

  If more than two packages are allocated to the reservation, only the first two are displayed.
• Preferences assigned to the reservation

  Note:

  If more than two preferences are assigned to the reservation, only the first two are displayed.
• Indicators include the First Time Guest / Return Guest indicator.
