PWA - Guest Profile Summary

Keeping Guest information up to date is important for operational processes as well as required for the generation and delivery of stationery. The Guest Profile Summary edit option provides you the ability to update a variety of details in a single action.

When the Restrict Profile Fields Changes After Folio Creation OPERA Controls is active and set to Name, you may not update the Guest Name when a folio has been previously generated using this guest as payee profile.

1. From Profile Detail page, select the icon to edit the Guest Profile Summary.
2. Update the profile information, including:
   1. Guest Name and Alternate Name
   2. Primary Email Address and Phone Number
   3. Nationality, VIP Code and Gender
   4. Primary Address (either manually or by looking up the address using the Search Address field and updating the address fields automatically).
3. Confirm the changes, then tap or click Update.
