PWA - Managing Profiles

You can view, create and update Primary Guest and Accompanying Guest Profiles from the Reservation Detail page in either the Arrivals, In-House or Departures module.

You can view additional information by selecting one of the More Actions options or the Manage / View links in the respective area of the Profile Detail page.

Viewing Primary and Accompanying Guest Profiles

  1. From the Ask Oracle menu select either the Arrivals, In-House or Departures module.
  2. Search/Filter reservations and tap/click on the reservation you would like to view.
    1. To modify the Primary Guest Profile, choose the Profiles > View option from the More Actions menu.
    2. To modify an Accompanying Guest Profile, choose the Accompanying Guests option from the More Actions menu and select a profile or create one.
The Profile Detail page opens and provides a quick overview of the following information:
  • Basic Profile information, such as Guest Name, Guest Alternate Name, Primary Phone Number and Email Address and Primary Address.
  • Additional details, such as Membership Information, Primary ID Document Information, Profile Notes and Preferences.
