PWA - Managing Profile Relationships
Relationships define the associations between individuals, companies, travel agents, sources and contacts. Knowing that ABC is an employee of XYZ Sources, Inc.; that XXX is the spouse of VIP 123; or that MMN is a contact for XXX Bank can aid in decision-making and in providing good customer service. Relationship types can be configured to describe the associations between and among the various profile types (for example: guest, contact, company, travel agent, source, and group) that may have relationships you want to recognize when working in OPERA Cloud Mobile.
Viewing Relationship Hierarchy
- From the Profile Detail page, select Relationships from the More Actions menu.
- Existing Relationships are listed with information including the Relationship Type and Basic Profile Information of the associated profile.
