Prerequisites for Profile Correspondence and Privacy Options

Editing Privacy Options

1. From the Profile Detail Page, select Privacy from the More Actions menu.
2. Activate or Inactivate the switch for any of the following options:
   1. Include in Promotional Mailings/Email: Select to indicate the guest wishes to be included on your property's mailing list.
   2. Allow contact through phone: Select to indicate the guest wishes to receive phone calls from your property.
   3. Allow contact through SMS / Text Message: Select to indicate the guest wishes to receive SMS from your property.
   4. Send information from Third Parties: Select to indicate the guest wishes to receive information from third-parties.
   5. Participate in Market Research: Select to indicate the guest wishes to participate in market research.
   6. Allow Contact through Email: Select to indicate the guest wishes to receive marketing emails from your property.
3. Tap or click on Save.
