PWA - Managing Reservation Profiles
To ensure you can capture guest profile updates efficiently, you can access the Primary Guest Profile from the reservation. You can select another profile to replace the existing Primary Guest Profile with another one.
You can update details such as the Guest Name and Alternate name, the Primary Email Address, Phone Number and Address.
When the Restrict Profile Fields Changes After Folio Creation OPERA Controls settings is active and set to Name, you cannot update the Guest Name when a folio is previously generated using this guest as payee profile.
Select Another Profile
- From the Ask Oracle menu navigate either to Arrivals, In-House, or Departures.
- Select a reservation.
- Choose the Profiles option from the More Actions menu.
- A card with essential details of the Primary Guest Profile is displayed.
- Choose Switch Profile and select Search to manually search for an existing Profile or to be able to create a new Profile.
- For Properties with an active Mobile ID Document Scanning integration, you can also select Scan ID to perform a search based on the Name and ID Number of the Document or create a new profile with information read from the ID Document.
- Once the Profile is selected choose Select And Replace.
Viewing the Primary Guest Profile
- From the Ask Oracle menu navigate either to Arrivals, In-House, or Departures.
- Select a reservation.
- Choose the Profiles option from the More Actions menu.
- A card with essential details of the Primary Guest Profile is displayed.
- Tap or click the View link to access the Guest Profile Details page. For more information, see PWA - Managing Profiles.
