9 About Reports

The report module provides access to OPERA Cloud and R&A template and custom reports. (R&A) reports are indicated with R&A reports icon icon. Unified R&A reporting requires OPERA Cloud Identity Management and the setup of an R&A Service Account.

All reports are categorized into report groups with report group access controlled by the assignment of report group tasks to roles, see OPERA Cloud Tasks — Reports. Users must also have R&A permissions (defined in OCIM) to generate R&A report. Reports can be previewed, printed, emailed or downloaded in a variety of file formats.

The Multi Property Report column indicates reports that support the selection of multiple properties when generated from a Hub location.

You can setup Shift Reports to generate multiple OPERA Cloud reports in a batch process. For more information, see Managing Shift Reports

When the Report Scheduler OPERA Control is active, OPERA Cloud reports (including shift reports) can be scheduled to auto-generate periodically. For more information, see Managing Scheduled Reports

When the Enable Watermark for Reports OPERA Control is active, you can setup a watermark to generate for all report groups (globally), for reports in specific report groups or for specific reports only. For more information, see Managing Report Watermarks.

Note:

Standard OPERA Cloud reports do not support localization, nor do they output custom flex fields added with Page Composer. Reporting and Analytics is available for custom reporting. For more information, see OPERA Reporting and Analytics.

The reports module is also used to manage stationery templates for each stationery report group. For more information, see About Stationery Editor
