Trial access

Depending on your responsibilities, and regardless of your role or roles, you may have access to all trials or to a subset of the trials in Life Sciences AI Agents.

• Portfolio-level access—Portfolio-level access allows you to view and manage the summary data for all the trials in a customer's portfolio and to view and manage individual trial data. Users with portfolio-level access typically include study managers, portfolio managers, clinical operation leads, and executives.

  Portfolio-wide users with access to all trials can use the Portfolio Health overview to see a consolidated view of the portfolio health, which surfaces the most critical risks, trends, and study-level callouts.

• Study-level access—Study-level access allows you to view and manage the data only for the individual trials you have access to (you cannot access the portfolio data). Users with study-level access typically include study teams, medical directors, clinical research associates, and data managers.
