Shipment Notification Integration

This integration notifies Clinical One Cloud Service users that a requested shipment has shipped and provides the courier and tracking information for it.

Integration workflow

1. SAP generates shipment request response files and posts them on the Oracle sFTP server at the configured location.
2. The integration retrieves and reads the files to determine the most recent tracking updates for a shipment. The shipment information is then imported into Clinical One Cloud Service.
3. The tracking number and shipping date are imported into Clinical One Cloud Service, where the shipment status is updated to In Transit.
4. The integration also imports the kits included in a shipment into Clinical One Cloud Service including their corresponding kit attributes like the item number.
5. The kits are associated with the corresponding manufacturing lot in Clinical One Cloud Service and are assigned to the depot/site based on where the shipment was generated.
