2 Customize notifications
Tailor your study's notifications to include your organization's customizable helpdesk information.
The following notifications can be customized:
- The welcome letter
- Training status reminders
- Signature request notification (overdue signatures)
- Subject number update notification
- Rule Lock notification
- Email notifications configured through custom JavaScript rules
- Email notifications for data changes
- CRF Submit notifications
- Bulk User Upload notifications
- Report failed to generate notification
- Shipment couldn't be created (site activation only)
To perform this task, you must be assigned a study role that includes the Edit Welcome Details in General Study Settings permission.
Tip:
Once you customize your notification, you can verify how the text looks in some notifications. For example, if you have the permission to do so, run any report in the application. Whether the report is successfully generated or not, you will receive a notification. In there, you can view how the customized text is displayed.Related Topics
