Report Space Limit Exceeded notification
This notification informs users when a generated report exceeds the storage server limit.
Each study mode is allocated 200 GB on the report storage server. When a
report exceeds the limit (in a mode), the report fails, and the person generating the
report receives the notification. For scheduled reports, the person who scheduled the
report gets the notification.
Note:
The system does not notify users if one of the following tenant-level reports exceeds the limit.- Global Study Roles Report
- Life Sciences Learn Training Report
- Study Roles Report by Study
- User Assignment Across Studies
Permissions required to receive this notification
Users who generate or schedule reports receive this notification. No additional permissions need to be assigned.

Field | Description |

Study Name | Indicates a study's name, as specified by the global study creator when they created the study. |
Study Mode | Indicates the study mode associated with this notification. Displayed values can be Test, Active, or Training. |
Study ID | Indicates a study's ID, as specified by the global study creator when they created the study. |
Report Name | Indicates the type of report. |
Settings | Contains the customer selected report settings. |
Scheduled Report | Indicates if the report was scheduled or not. |
Date Requested | Indicates the date when the report was run. |
Requested By | Indicates the user who ran the report. |
